Return Policy:

We love what we sell, and stand behind the products, but if the item(s) you purchased are not what you expected, rest assured, we have an easy return & exchange policy!

Please fill in the form and a return label will be mailed to you to streamline the process! If you have questions or concerns, contact us, we're here to help!

The fine print:
Items must be returned in unused, and in original condition, with all tags and wrapping material in place. Items returned with signs of use or with missing tags/material, will receive a partial refund, at the discretion of Equine Fashion & Tack. For more on footwear and saddles please see below.

Items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund in like currency, so if you pay with PayPal, you will get a PayPal refund, if you pay with credit card you will get a credit card refund. Items returned after 30 days will receive a store credit. Your returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at our facility. Refunds and credits are for the purchase price and applicable taxes of the items only. Shipping will not be refunded, if our return shipping service is used, both will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

Special cases:
Footwear: For tips on how to try on you boots and see if they are a good fit, please see our Riding Tips section.

Of course you can return your boots to us, but please take the following into consideration. Please do not wear the boots outside or damage it in any fashion. Try them on with a special sock to help them slide on easier, the use of baby powder or stretching them will void the return, as will wearing them outside. Please re-box the boots carefully and return it in an extra box (never put shipping labels on the original box!). We may want to send out the boots to the next customer in as great a shape as you received them! Sparkling new! There is a 15% restocking fee on returned boots.

Saddles: Please see our Riding Tips section for more information and suggestions on whether to purchase new or a test saddle.

Test saddles are shipped on a FRIDAY, so they would arrive by UPS Ground during the next week. It is YOUR responsibility to call us by the date on your form (the Monday following the weekend after your saddle arrived) to let us know if you are keeping the test saddle or returning it. The next day (i.e. Tuesday) the saddle needs to be on its way back to us! If you use the form above, we will be able to track it, if you are shipping it yourself, please provide us with the tracking number no later than 5 pm EST on that Tuesday. Upon return of the test saddle the purchase price and applicable taxes will be refunded, all shipping and handling charges excluded. We hope you will be courteous to the next customer and return the saddle promptly.

If you purchased a NEW saddle please make sure you carefully follow the instructions on the sheet included with your shipment. The purchase price minus applicable fees will ONLY be refunded if the saddle is absolutely in new condition with NO signs of wear and use! Returned saddles have a 15% restocking fee.

Intimates, dvds, etc: due to legal and health regulations we may not be able to accept certain items. We do apologize and hope you understand!

Payment Policy:
Payment is expected within 7 days. PayPal is accepted, if you would prefer to pay with a credit card please call us during business hours M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Shipping Policy:

All items unless they are back ordered, ship within 1 business day from our warehouse. Orders received before noon EST will still ship the same day.

Q: How does it work?
A: The horse bucks program rewards our loyal customers! For every purchase our members receive a 10% reward in the form of store credit. All you have to do is sign up and log in to have your purchase automatically be eligible for horse $$$! After your purchase is completed you will receive a gift card by email. Don’t worry; it is also in your account if you lose the email. The next time you shop just log in and enter the information and you will be all set!
Q: Want to pool BUCKS or donate?
A: If you want to make pool your BUCKS or donate them to a charity in your name, then please let us know! Just drop us a line at info@equinefashionandtack.zoovy.com and we will take care of it!
Q: Refunds and Restrictions
A: If you return your original purchase for a refund, the corresponding HORSE BUCKS will be deducted from the refund. Should you return an item purchased with HORSE BUCKS, your HORSE BUCKS will be replaced.
